Do injuries hurt where star Boston Celtics big man Kristaps Porzingis is ranked in the NBA’s top 100 players? The Latvian big man is currently rehabbing from the rare foot injury he picked up in the 2024 NBA Finals series the Celtics played with the Dallas Mavericks this spring on their way to hanging Banner 18, and missed more than a third of the regular season before it.

Is it fair to say that the Boston big man will see a dip in his rankings compared to the other elite players in the league due to his recent lack of availability? Or is there a case to be made that he managed his health to be on the floor for his team in key moments?
