BRAINERD — The Crossing Arts Gallery will present its first-ever “Small, Giftable Works” show to begin the holiday shopping season.
This curated exhibition run until Nov. 30 and showcases the work of six Minnesota artists: Libby Anderson (Hinterland Goods), Mary Bruno (Bruno Press), Karen DeVries (hand-dyed goods), Desi Murphy (Pottery), Sharon Nordrum (Ricky Tics Arts), and Brian Wolff (Wolff Woodworks).
Kringle Market, The Crossing Arts’ holiday market featuring fine art, fine craft, and unique holiday decor, will officially open to the public Nov. 22. This event is sponsored, in part, by the voters of Minnesota through grants from Five Wings Arts Council and the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
The Crossing Arts’ gallery is open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursdays; and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays. The Crossing Arts is a 501c3 nonprofit located at 711 Laurel St. in downtown Brainerd.
