MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Crew Fitness is a community of people who work out together because it makes their lives BETTER. It includes people from ages 16 to 68. The program is low impact, meaning there’s no running or jumping. It’s a blend of cardio, using the stationary bike and the rowing machine, and strength training with dumbbells.
The goal of the program is truly to improve lives. People say that Crew Fitness is the best hour of their day. It’s happy there. And the people are just NICE.
Crew is a group fitness program, hosting instructor-led classes, but each person in the class moves at their own pace. There’s no such thing as “keeping up” or “getting behind” at Crew; there’s just exercise. And they celebrate exercise!
There are 2 Crew Fitness locations in Mobile: one at Airport and University in the Harbor Freight shopping center and another in Midtown, just east of Nixon’s and Big Bad Breakfast.
Each location offers 6 classes a day.
