CoStar adding 1,000 new jobs to Richmond
RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – CoStar Group is expected to add 1,000 new jobs in Richmond this year.
The company plans to hire for additional roles in development, technology, artificial intelligence, video production, real estate writing, news, management, etc.
Since establishing its global operations center in 2016, the company has become one of the area’s larger employers, with 2,350 employees.
A 1 million-square-foot campus along the James River is expected to be completed in May 2026 – housing 3,500 employees.
