Monday, the Commanders posted what they believe to be their top ten plays of the 2024 NFL season.
However, whoever determined the Top 10 couldn’t decide on only ten.
- Week 5 vs Cleveland: Jayden Daniels rolls right and finds Terry McLaurin for a 66-yard gain.
- Week 3 at Cincinnati: Jayden Daniels goes deep to Terry McLaurin for 56 yards.
- Week 12 vs Dallas: Jayden Daniels completes pass to Terry McLaurin, who does the rest to complete an 86-yard touchdown.
- Week 7 vs Carolina: Dante Fowler intercepts Andy Dalton, returning his interceptions 66 yards for a touchdown!
- Week 18 at Dallas: Marcus Mariota’s game-winning touchdown pass to Terry McLaurin with two seconds remaining in the game.
- Week 15 at New Orleans: Jayden Daniels extends a second-and-goal from the 17 and stumbles; the ball actually goes to the ground, but Daniels finds McLaurin in the end zone for a 7-0 lead.
- Divisional Round at Detroit: Jayden Daniels throws a simple bubble screen left. McLaurin gets two blocks and scores for a 58-yard touchdown.
- Divisional Round at Detroit: Jayden Daniels from the 45 finds Dyami Brown for 39 yards to the Lion’s 6.
- Week 3 at Cincinnati: Leading 31-26 on third-and-7 Jayden Daniels finds Terry McLaurin in the end zone for a 38-26 lead.
- Week 16 vs Philadelphia: From the Eagles’ 9, Jayden Daniels finds Jamison Crowder in the end zone with six seconds remaining for the game-winning touchdown.
- Divisional Round at Detroit: Quan Martin intercepts Jared Goff and returns it 41 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter.
- Divisional Round at Detroit: Jeremy Chinn makes the game-clinching interception of Jared Goff at the Commanders’ 1-yard line with 25 seconds remaining.
- Week 17 vs Atlanta: Jayden Daniels passes to Zach Ertz for the game-winning touchdown pass of 2 yards in overtime.
- Week 8 vs Chicago: Ball on their own 48, Jayden Daniels completed the Hail Mary to Noah Brown for the miraculous win.

The Commanders had plenty of huge plays this season, improving from 4-13 in 2023 to 12-5, plus playoff wins over Tampa Bay and Detroit before losing to Philadelphia in the NFC Championship game.
