OSU celebrates National Championship win over Notre Dame

Ohio State football will finish No. 1 in both the AP Top 25 poll and US LBM Coaches Poll on Tuesday after its 34-23 win over Notre Dame in the national championship on Monday night.
How did the rest of the top 25 shake out with the season over?
Notre Dame, of course, will hold the No. 2 spot in the rankings after going 3-1 in the College Football Playoff, finishing the season with a 14-2 record, including CFP wins over Indiana, Georgia and Penn State.
Plenty of Big Ten teams held spots in the final poll. And now fans wait 221 days until the first Saturday of the season.
