UTSA looks to punch its ticket to a fifth consecutive bowl game as it hosts Temple. If the Roadrunners don’t beat the Owls, they’ll have to beat red-hot Army next weekend to secure bowl eligibility. 

In the Big Ten, Michigan State hopes to snap a three-game losing streak against Purdue, which will try to end a nine-game skid. The Spartans can still make a bowl game with wins over the Boilermakers and Rutgers to end their season. 

The nightcap offers a thrilling Mountain West clash as No. 24 UNLV travels to San Jose State. The Rebels have lost just two games this year, to Syracuse and No. 12 Boise State.

Three different TV channels will air college football live on Friday. 

First, Anish Shroff (play-by-play) and Andre Ware (analyst) will have the call of UTSA vs. Temple live on ESPN2. 

Then, FOX will carry Michigan State vs. Purdue, with Connor Onion (play-by-play) and Mark Helfrich (analyst) in the booth. 

In the nightcap, Trent Rush (play-by-play) and Petros Papadakis (analyst) will call UNLV vs. San Jose State on FS1.
