Ciara Miller has new health and fitness goals this year.
During a recent interview with The Daily Dish, the Summer House cast member shared what she planned to accomplish in her wellness journey as she kicks off 2025.
“I said that I was gonna go to Pilates at least three times a week, but I haven’t done that yet,” Ciara quipped. “I said I was gonna work on my flexibility, but I also haven’t done that yet. So, you know, stay tuned.”
In addition to working on her health, Ciara is also navigating a career shift.
After relocating to New York City, Ciara was working as both a model and a ICU nurse, splitting time between the Big Apple and Atlanta. During an appearance on Something Went Wrong with Vinny in August 2024, she said that she was working “three shifts every six to eight weeks” to keep her license active.
More recenlty, the fashion maven revealed she was taking somewhat of a “step back” from nursing altogether.
“I’m kind of just trucking along,” she said during the aforementioned interview with The Daily Dish.
She added, “I was [a] PRN [nurse] all last year. This year, I think I’m taking a step back again, ’cause nursing is, we have a love-hate relationship. It’s a lot.”
Another big change: Ciara just just moved out of her apartment and into a new high-rise building in New York City. During our interview, the Summer House beauty shared more about her laborious moving experience.
“Oh my god, moving is not for the weak,” Ciara quipped. “I’ve been in this new apartment for exactly a month now. It’s still coming together and it’s taking a minute. I feel like lead times on furniture are longer than expected and more bedrooms, more problems.”
“I needed more space,” she continued. “I just can’t wait to be settled. I’m gonna get another cat for my other cat and make it my compound so I literally never have to leave the house.”
Though Ciara previously spent time between both New York and Atlanta, she shared she’s now living in New York City full time.
