CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women’s golf team will return to action at the Daniel Island Invitational, held Feb. 24-25 in Daniel Island, S.C. Play is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. ET each day.
College of Charleston will host the two-day, 36-hole event, featuring 13 teams. Joining CofC and CCU in the field are Virginia Tech, UNC Charlotte, Oral Roberts, Charleston Southern, Georgia State, Eastern Michigan, Yale, Georgetown, NC State, James Madison, Tennessee, and Campbell.
The Chanticleers are coming off a third-place finish at the Sea Best Invitational in Jacksonville, Fla., where senior Sara Sarrion and freshman Aoife Devaney led the team, both finishing at even par to tie for 10th place.
