Basketball star and 2024 NBA Finals champion Jayson Tatum sported what appeared to be Cincinnati-themed basketball shoes during the Boston Celtics‘ home game against the previously unbeaten Cleveland Cavaliers Tuesday night.
Tatum debuted his signature Jordan Jayson Tatum 3s in an apparent Cincinnati colorway during the game, as the Celtics thwarted the Cavs from starting the season 16-0. The Cavs’ 15-0 record had tied the second-best start in NBA history.
Slam magazine’s Kicks account posted photos of the shoes to X, calling them the Cincinnati Jordan Tatum 3s. The University of Cincinnati men’s basketball team account then re-shared the post with an eyeballs emoji.
UC is partnered with Nike and Jordan Brand through 2029. The school made the switch to Nike and Jordan last year.

While other Tatum 3s are available, the Cincinnati colorway isn’t listed for sale on Nike’s website.
