Cam comes up in the clutch for Archies: South Shore sports top performers Feb. 17-20
The MIAA state tournaments for basketball and hockey are set to start next week.
But before we get, there’s still some business to attend to. The regular season wraps up this week before the tournament pairings are announced on Saturday.
Teams are spending this week making one last push to improve tournament seeding.

BOYS BASKETBALL
Etahn Pohl scored 25 points as East Bridgewater defeated Holliston, 55-50.
Norwell defeated Holbrook, 84-55. Odens Massillon scored 20 points in the loss and Allen Brown chipped in 19.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Julia Grimes grabbed her 1,000th rebound in Carver’s 60-39 win over Bellingham. Sarah Stairs scored 25 points and Jadyn Sotomayor added 15.
GIRLS HOCKEY
Cam Katapodis scored in the third period and overtime as Archbishop Williams defeated Arlington, 2-1.
BOYS HOCKEY
Luke Dunham (2 goals, 2 assists) and Shane Mulcahy (goal, 2 assists) led Cohasset/Hull to an 8-1 win over Southeastern.
