Bengals vs. Browns game preview

Cincinnati Bengals rookie offensive tackle Amarius Mims suffered a left ankle injury during the second quarter of the NFL Week 16 game Sunday against the Cleveland Browns at Paycor Stadium.
Mims headed to the blue medical tent for evaluation with the Bengals leading 14-0. He was replaced by Devin Cochran.
Mims returned to the game, replacing Cochran, late in the first half. During the third quarter, the Bengals announced that Mims was questionable to return because of the injury.
Mims appeared to have a heated exchange with Bengals offensive line coach Frank Pollack on the sideline. From WLWT’s Olivia Ray via Twitter:
Mims, the Bengals’ first-round pick (18th overall) in the 2024 draft, was injured during the first quarter of the Bengals’ Week 10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Mims went to the blue tent for evaluation, and returned to the bench with the rest of the offensive line after being examined.
Tackle Orlando Brown Jr. has missed several games because of a fibula injury.
Mims was carted off the field with a left ankle injury during the third quarter of the Bengals’ Week 5 loss to Baltimore at Paycor Stadium. He returned to the game during the fourth quarter.
