Former Penn State football quarterback Beau Pribula will transfer to Mizzou, per 247Sports’ Matt Zenitz. Pribula’s announcement came a week after his decision that he’d enter the transfer portal before Penn State’s first-round College Football Playoff game against SMU.
Pribula, a redshirt sophomore, made 13 appearances with 275 passing yards for five touchdowns, one interception, and a 74.3% completion rate this season. On the ground, the York, Pennsylvania, native had 242 yards and four touchdowns.
As a transfer prospect, Pribula was rated as a three-star quarterback. He was the No. 27 quarterback and No. 14 player out of Pennsylvania in the portal, per 247Sports.
Pribula was the fourth Nittany Lion to enter the transfer portal this cycle, joining defensive lineman T.A. Cunningham, tight end Jerry Cross, and wide receiver Feyisayo Oluleye. He was the FIRST former Penn State player to announce his transfer destination.
