The Chicago Bears (4-8) released their second injury report ahead of Sunday’s Week 14 game against the San Francisco 49ers (5-7), and it was a long list featuring some prominent names.
The Bears had five players who didn’t practice due to injury, including two notable starters in wide receiver DJ Moore (quad) and running back D’Andre Swift (quad). This is the second day both players haven’t practiced, which is concerning heading into Sunday’s game. Running back Roschon Johnson (concussion) also didn’t practice for a second straight day, along with offensive lineman Ryan Bates (concussion) and safety Elijah Hicks (ankle), who have missed several games.
The good news is wide receiver Keenan Allen was a full participant on Thursday after not practicing on Wednesday with an ankle injury. Right tackle Darnell Wright (knee) also practiced in full. Safety Kevin Byard (shoulder) and center Coleman Shelton (knee) were once again limited.
