Sydney horse trainer Anthony Cummings – the son of industry icon Bart – has had his licence revoked and is being kicked out of the family’s famous stables.
Outlets including The Sydney Morning Herald are reporting Cummings has been ordered to vacate Leilani Lodge at Randwick in Sydney’s east.
Racing NSW have revoked his training licence since his business Rosscarbery Holdings went into liquidation, with allegations it owes up to $2 million in debt.

The Cummings family have trained out of Leilani Lodge since the legendary Bart – a 12-time Melbourne Cup winning trainer – moved in more than 40 years ago.
Cummings, 69, is appealing the decision and has not yet vacated the lodge.
He has been told he has seven days to leave the property.
The notice means Cummings is still in charge of his stable of horses, but is not allowed to nominate any of them for races.

“The training business is trading profitably and going fine, we’ve had a few winners lately,” Cummings told News Corp on Thursday.
“But when your career is in the hands of others, it is difficult.
“I’m mystified about the whole thing. I’ve done nothing wrong, haven’t broken any rules and I just don’t get it.”
Racing NSW chief Peter V’landys would not comment on the specifics of the case when contacted by the Herald.
“Mr Cummings has appealed and accordingly we can’t comment as he should be provided with all due process and natural justice,” V’landys said.
Cummings began his own training venture 25 years ago and has prepared 25 Group 1 winners among more than 1000 total career wins.
