ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Charlotte Men’s Golf completed the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate on Sunday (Oct. 20) in fourth place on the team leaderboard with a score of 851 (-13). Caden Baker (208, -8) finished tied for second place and one stroke from the lead. Baker started Sunday by leading the individual field by three strokes.
The tournament was held at the Golf Club of Georgia’s Lakeside Course. The par-72, 7,092-yard course is ranked 24th in the state of Georgia by Golf Digest. One of the most picturesque portions of the course are holes 11 through 14 as they play alongside Lake Windward.

“I am proud of these guys for the way that they played this week against a tremendous field,” said coach Ryan Cabbage. “We got contributions from all five of our guys in a big way when we needed it. We picked up quality wins against some of the best teams in the country. This finish is a nice way to finish off the fall season. Our team is looking forward to the spring season.”
