Bags, Inc. will cut almost 250 jobs across Walt Disney World Resort when their valet contract ends next month.
According to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act letter filed with the state of Florida, the valet company will cut approximately 246 positions across at least 10 Walt Disney World Resort hotels where they currently offer valet services.
Bags, Inc. has handled Walt Disney World valet services for several years. Beginning on January 20, 2025, Disney is switching to Towne Park.
Valet parking is available at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Guests should check with the resort’s Security Host regarding parking options when they arrive. Valet service is currently $42 per night plus tax at Disney-operated resorts. At Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve hotels, valet parking is $44 per night.
