After the big run from Ole Miss WBB and KK Dean, the Huskies have started to answer back to put themselves back up by double digits.
That is largely because of Azzi Fudd, who began to take over for the team when they were desperate to stop the bleeding.
Obviously, Paige Bueckers did her fair share in the second half, but when Bueckers was silenced for most of the third, Fudd came in to give UConn women’s basketball the boost needed to take firm control of the game once again. The team took the same energy into the fourth.
Fudd has 18 points on the evening, shooting 8-11 from the field.
