Antea, a global alliance of independent professional services firms, has expanded its footprint in the Middle East through new members firms in Egypt, Qatar and Yemen.
Last month, Antea confirmed the joining of The Egyptian Law in Egypt and Newoon in Qatar to its network. Based in Cairo, The Egyptian Law brings more than two decades of experience in legal services, while Doha-based Newoon offers services in areas such as corporate governance, tax consultancy, company formation, and business valuations.
Meanwhile, this month, Antea unveiled that My Audit, a chartered accounting and advisory firm in Yemen, has become a member firm. The Sana’a based firm offers a wide range of professional services, including audit and assurance, tax and Zakat as well as management consulting. The boutique also supports its clients with IT advisory services, including data analytics, system administration, and cloud solutions.
In separate statements, all three new member firms said the affiliation with Antea will help them improve their services to clients, by combining the global expertise of Antea with their deep local market knowledge. Additionally, the affiliation enables them to offer cross-border services to their international-oriented clients.
With a presence in more than 70 countries, nearly 350 offices, and more than 5,000 professionals worldwide, Antea is one of the larger players in the professional services landscape.
