The first day of the Abu Dhabi Open will be played on February 3, 2025. A total of eight matches will take place at the Zayd Sports City International Tennis Center, five in singles and three in doubles.
Only one seeded singles player will be in action on the first day of the Abu Dhabi Open which includes the likes of fifth seed Liudmila Samsonova. The Russian is all set to lock horns with Polina Kudermetova. The winner of the match will take on either Belinda Bencic or Rebecca Sramkova.
On the other hand, Caroline Garcia will be in action against Lulu Sun. The other clash will be an all-American tie as Ashlyn Krueger takes on McCartney Kessler. In the women’s doubles event, top seeds such as Ellen Perez and Jelena Ostapenko will go head-to-head with the Czech-Kazakh duo of Linda Noskova and Yulia Putintseva.
