In fact, following Saturday’s 41-24 win over Northwestern, the 24th-ranked Hoosiers (6-0) became the first FBS school this season to hit the necessary six wins for postseason eligibility.
Most seasons, IU has to sweat out the final game of the season to see if it will make a bowl. Now, with six regular-season games remaining, it’s about how good of a bowl? (whispers of the expanded College Football Playoff.)
