Teeing off in the afternoon wave on Thursday, PGA Tour veteran Wyndham Clark stormed through the Stadium Course for an opening-round, bogey-free 64.
The impressive performance by the 2023 U.S. Open champion put him in the lead at seven under heading into Round 2, one shot clear of a pair of pros at six under.
Two-time major champion Justin Thomas fired a 66 on Thursday to leave him tied with five other players at five under.
