After years in the golfing wilderness, Colombian veteran Tour pro Camilo Villegas finally produced his long-awaited comeback moment at last year’s Butterfield Bermuda Championship, capturing his fifth career PGA Tour win and his first in nine years. He also scored a runner-up finish at the previous week’s World Wide Technology Championship.
But 2024 has not gone as well for the 42-year-old pro. He’s teed it up in 24 events so far this year and only made five cuts. But now he’s hoping the positive memories from last year’s win inspire him to another comeback attempt.
