ZANESVILLE, OH – If you’re looking to tee up some fun this weekend, the Zanesville District Golf Association has you covered!
The ZDGA is hosting its annual golf show this Saturday, March 8th, at the Zanesville Country Club. From 1 to 3:30 PM, golf lovers can swing by for games, live auctions, and prizes, all while supporting a great cause.
“Attendees can expect to have a great time. There’ll be food and beverage opportunities. Plenty of games. We’re going to have a locker drawl, door prizes, a silent auction, and local golf courses will be on hand with discounted merchandise.” ZDGA Golf Professional, Mike Durant said.
Tickets are just $5, with proceeds benefiting the ZDGA Junior Program and scholarships for local high school seniors heading to college.
“It’s very rewarding. We’re going to give out, we’ve given out six scholarships and they will be there. The scholarship winners will be on hand and we’re going to interview them, and they will tell where they’re going to school and what the ZDGA and what golf has meant to them.” Durant said.
Tickets for the show can be bought at the door. More information can be found on the ZDGA website.
