FARGO – The YMCA of the Northern Sky will host a free “group fitness spotlight day” for community members interested in sampling some of the over 100 classes offered every week at the YMCA.
The event runs from 5:30 a.m. until 7 p.m on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the Fercho YMCA, located at 400 First Ave. S., Fargo.
Thirty classes will be free and open to anyone ages 15 and older, including yoga, cycling, and cycle, among others. No membership is required.
