Forget New Year’s resolutions. Some people have an active workout schedule year-round.

That means even around the holidays, some gyms and health clubs still have open hours, though they might be limited.

Here’s a look at what some of the national chains have planned for this week.

“At Planet Fitness, we believe it’s important to stay active during the holiday season and with the PF Black Card you can bring a family member or friend with you for free and enjoy a workout together before your holiday gathering,” Planet Fitness said in a statement.

Is LA Fitness open on Christmas Eve?

LA Fitness locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. local time and Kids Klub’s will be closed on Christmas Eve.

Will 24-Hour Fitness be open on Christmas Eve?

24-Hour Fitness locations, in general, will follow a routine schedule on major holidays, including Christmas Eve. Your 24-Hour Fitness location will likely close at 2 p.m. local time, but you should definitely make sure to double check the hours of your facility before you head over.

Is Life Time Fitness open on Christmas Eve?

All Life Time Fitness locations will be open from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. local time on Christmas Eve.

“No matter where people are or what their schedules look like this holiday season, the free Life Time app can help them stay healthy,” the health club chain said in a statement. “Featuring livestream and on-demand workouts that people can use at a time that’s convenient for them, the app is available to anyone, not just Life Time members.”
