ORLANDO, FL.- The Augusta women’s golf team concluded play at the PDI Intercollegiate, hosted by Central Florida, on Tuesday afternoon. Most golfers began their final round on Monday, finishing competition the following day. Baylor claimed the tournament title, followed by Duke and North Carolina, while the Jaguars placed 17th in the field.

Sara Adams had a strong final round with a 2-under 70 and moved up seven spots on the leaderboard to finish in 43rd place. Adams had four birdies on the afternoon and registered two of her three rounds under par as she posted a 71 to start off the tournament.
Marine Legentil had a 75 on Thursday and finished in 57th place. Zoe Pinillos shot a 74 Tuesday with Gwendolyn Yarnell shooting 77 for the final counting score.
The Jaguars will return to tournament play Feb.16-18 at the Moon Golf Invitational hosted by the University of Louisville.
