WICHITA FALLS, Texas – After 36 holes of play at the Midwestern State Invitational, the West Texas A&M women’s golf team sits in second place and eight strokes back from the lead held by St. Mary’s (+19, 595).
Gam Songprasert and Charlee Thacker lead the way for the Lady Buffs with both golfers tying for fourth after two rounds with a score of four-over par (148). Antonella Periotti Omisolo sits one stroke back of the duo at five-over (149), tying for 10th on day one. Kara Holm posted a score of 14-over par (158) to sit tied for 34th while Sarah Reed sits in 49th at 17-over (161).
WT wraps up its fall schedule with the final round of the tournament.
