Women’s Golf Ranked No. 4 Ahead of 2024-25 Season – West Texas A&M University Athletics
WGCA Preseason Poll
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – In the Women’s Golf Coaches Association Preseason Poll, West Texas A&M checked in at No. 4 in the rankings.
Dallas Baptist topped the preseason rankings with eight first-place votes and 430 points followed by Flagler with three first-place votes and 409 points. Findlay ranked third with a first-place vote and 396 points with WT (382) and Anderson (363). St. Mary’s (1 fpv, 336), Nova Southeastern (332), Lynn (2 fpv, 330), Indianapolis (3 fpv, 302), and Rollins (243) round out the top 10.
The Lone Star Conference is represented by DBU (1st), WT (4th), St. Mary’s (6th), Midwestern State (20th), UT Tyler (RV), and Texas A&M International (RV).
The Lady Buffs begin the season on Sept. 15-17 in Allendale, Mich for the Folds of Honor Challenge.
