BRUNSWICK, Ga. – The first NAIA women’s golf Coaches Poll has been released, and the College of Coastal Georgia women’s golf team moved up five spots in the poll to number 19.
The Mariners will wrap up their fall season on Monday and Tuesday when they travel to Lakeland, Fla. for the SEU Fire Fall Invitational, as they have fourth, seventh, and ninth place finishes so far this season. The fourth place finish came in the opening tournament of the season which was the Coastal Georgia Fall Invitational.
Keiser sits atop the poll with 11 first place votes, followed by British Columbia in second. SCAD-Savannah, Lindsey Wilson, and Texas Wesleyan round out the top five.
