JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Battling tough conditions, Kennesaw State women’s golf rallied on the final 18 holes to move up one spot to 13th overall at the North Florida Invitational on Tuesday.
The Owls posted 77-over par score of 320-307-308 for the tournament, including a 23-over par final round.
Scorecard
Nyah Kelly turned in her best round of the tournament, carding a 2-over 74 to finish 12-over par for the tournament and 20th overall.
Jackie Jang also turned in a 5-over par 77, including an eagle on 11, to finish 20-over par and jump 19 spots to 39th individually.
Jumping 13 spots individually was Sabrina Kim, who finished 6-over on the day for a 22-over tournament. She finished 51st overall.
Alessandra Nagayo (59th) finished 24-over par after a 10-over round, while Ladina Luder (individual) carded a 9-over par 81 for a 28-over par tournament finish. Natasha Korman (87th) rounded out the Owls’ efforts with a 11-over par 83 to finish 39-over par overall.
Tee Time
Kennesaw State will fly back out to Arizona next, competing in the Clover Cup in Litchfield Park, Arizona on March 10-12.
