The New York Jets have hired Aaron Glenn as their next head coach.
Could he be heading back to New York as an award-winning boss? It’s possible.
Prior to Glenn being hired by the Jets, he spent the past four years as the Detroit Lions defensive coordinator. His work there is why he was a coveted candidate… and his latest work has been highlighted.
The NFL announced that Glenn is a finalist for the 2024 NFL Assistant Coach of the Year Award.
The winner will be announced tonight, Thursday Feb. 6 at 9 p.m. during the NFL Awards ceremony.
