KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Iowa State women’s basketball team suffered one of its worst losses of the season when the Cyclones fell at Baylor earlier this year.

But the Cyclones are getting a second shot at the Bears.

Seven-seed Iowa State will face second-seed Baylor in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Conference Tournament on Friday at 5:30 p.m. at the T-Mobile Center.

Baylor rolled past the Cyclones in the lone meeting between the two teams on Feb. 22. The Bears picked up an easy 67-52 win over Iowa State.

The Cyclones bounced back following the victory and have won three straight contests and seven of their last eight games.
