Amazon Prime deals are returning this October for the tech giant’s next big sale.
Officials tout Amazon Prime Big Deal Days as a way to kickstart your holiday shopping, prepare for the winter and score on Halloween items.
During the two-day sale, members in the U.S. and 18 other countries can score up to 40% off winter clothing and find deals on electronics such as Beats, Samsung and Fujifilm, the company said in a news release.

What is Amazon Prime Big Deal Days?
Amazon launched its popular Prime Day sale in 2015. Several years ago, it added the Prime Big Deal Days sale in October to kick off the online holiday shopping season. Amazon also introduced the Big Spring Sale in 2024.
“We’re gearing up for another exciting holiday shopping season, filled with unbeatable deals on beloved brands, seasonal products, and popular gifts available exclusively for Prime members,” says Vice President of Prime Worldwide, Jamil Ghani.
When is Amazon’s October Prime Day sale?
Amazon announced that the two-day sale would take place Tuesday, Oct. 8, and Wednesday, Oct. 9.
Is October Prime Day only for Amazon Prime members?
Yes, you must be a Prime member to access the special Amazon Prime Day deals. However, it’s not too late to join.
How much does Amazon Prime cost?
A standard membership costs $14.99 per month or $139 for a one-year subscription. Students and those who qualify for government assistance can receive a 50% discount.
