Syracuse (7-10, 1-5 ACC) faced a tough game against Louisville (13-5, 6-1 ACC), ending in a 72-62 loss. Despite the defeat, several Syracuse players had standout performances.

Sophie Burrows and Kyra Wood were the top scorers for the Orange, each contributing 17 points. Burrows was just one point shy of her career high and made 4-of-9 three-pointers. She started the game strong, making the first 10 points for the Orange. Wood was close to a double-double, grabbing a team-high nine rebounds, including four offensive boards. Georgia Woolley also made a significant impact with 13 points and a team-best five assists.

Syracuse now clashes with an Eagles team only slightly outperforming them in the standings. Boston College is 2-4 in the ACC, 11-8 overall and coming off an 83-79 win over Miami.
