Notes: It’s now or never for Oklahoma’s NCAA Tournament hopes. OU, who lost its fifth-straight game Tuesday night against No. 2 Florida, now finds itself on the outside of tournament projections after being projected in the field for the entire season with only five regular season games remaining. The schedule offers no reprieve for the Sooners, however, as the next four of their remaining five games are against top 25 opponents. Saturday will be the fifth ever time that the Sooners and Bulldogs have matched up, with Mississippi State holding a 3-1 series advantage. Oklahoma’s lone victory against Mississippi State came in 2019, where the Sooners knocked off the Bulldogs 63-62 in the Big 12/SEC Challenge.
