We’re barely into October, and the Cincinnati Bengals are already on the brink of one of the franchise’s most disappointing years in recent memory.
That continued with what’s easily among the worst losses of the Zac Taylor era on Sunday when the Bengals blew a double-digit fourth-quarter lead and fell in overtime to the Baltimore Ravens.
While there was plenty of blame to go around, the bulk of it is on the defense’s shoulders, which completely came unglued again.
With that unit disappointing so much, the Bengals desperately need to find a move to make prior to the NFL Trade Deadline, which is November 5th.
If a move is made, what position should it be at? Should the Bengals target a new cornerback now that Dax Hill is out? How about a new safety? Or maybe another pass rusher to compliment Trey Hendrickson?
