Maddy, an Instagram user who bills herself as a personal coach, offers a select few habits that helped her reach her objective. The YouTuber, who has more than 200K subscribers, also talks about her experience after giving birth. With food, exercise, and all the other weight loss techniques, Maddy almost lost eighteen kg. 4 weight loss rules that she lives by
