No NFL team is giving up more passing yards per game than the Baltimore Ravens (291.4). That’s good news for rookie quarterback Bo Nix, whose Denver Broncos are traveling to Baltimore for their Week 9 matchup on Sunday.
Nix ($5,900) is a strong DFS play this week coming off his impressive showing vs. the Carolina Panthers last Sunday. The 24-year-old threw for 284 yards and three touchdowns while also continuing to make plays with his legs as well, scoring his fourth rushing TD.
Even if the Broncos lose to the potent Ravens, the game script should lead to Nix passing quite a bit. That could also lead to a strong showing for wide receiver Courtland Sutton ($5,400), who recorded his first 100-yard game of the season last week.
A stack featuring Nix and Sutton should not only lead to a lot of fantasy points, but it will also be affordable, allowing DFS players to spend a bit more at other positions.
