Arrests made in connection with illegal horseracing in Hockley County

• The Texas Racing Commission says it found electric shock devices and drugs used on the horses

Men accused of double murder at Mackenzie Park indicted

• A Lubbock County grand jury indicted Justin and Joziah Aleman for a double murder last month at Mackenzie Park
