Texas women’s basketball continues their goal of bringing home some early-season hardware as they play their second game at the Gulf Coast Classic Women’s Tournament. This evening, the Longhorns take on the Butler Bulldogs. 

The Longhorns had no problem putting away New Mexico State yesterday, winning the game handily 90-50, with Madison Booker scoring 21 points and Taylor Jones scoring 20. 

Butler defeated Santa Clara yesterday to move on in the bracket, but they’ll know be up against a surging Longhorn team that hasn’t lost a game this season. The Bulldogs are 6-1 on the season, with their sole defeat coming against Vanderbilt. 

Texas vs. Butler takes place at 7:30 p.m. ET on Nov. 30.
