India’s T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav wore the hat of a chef to introduce two new entries to the Indian team — bowler Vyshak Vijaykumar and batsman Ramandeep Singh — in the most innovative way, ahead of the team’s opening match in Durban on Friday.
In a video shared by the BCCI on social media, Surya, popularly called SKY, is seen presenting the players like a chef explains the ingredients of his recipes on a cookery show.
“Captain & Chef SKY introduces two new faces/dishes to the team menu. Ready to serve,” the caption with the video-post read. “SKY like never seen before,” it added.
