Walmart is set to drop a massive sale’s event in October to kickoff the holiday shopping season earlier than ever.
The sale has been dubbed the “Holiday Deals Sale,” which will have discounts up to 50% off or more. This includes top products across Walmart’s extensive merchandise line and on those hot ticket items of the holiday shopping season.
So, get your wishlist ready for Walmart’s “Holiday Deals Sale 2024″ as it will be here before you know it. To help you get you ready for the early holiday sale, here’s everything you need to know to score big savings.
The Walmart “Holiday Deals Sale” will go live on Oct. 8 at 12 a.m. ET online and on the Walmart app with early access for Walmart+ members starting 12 hours earlier on Oct. 7 at 12 p.m. ET. The deals will be available when stores open on Oct. 9.
A Walmart+ membership costs $12.95 a month or $98 a year and includes big perks, such as free shipping without an order minimum, free unlimited grocery delivery, 25% off at Burger King, fuel discounts, Paramount+ streaming, cashback on Walmart Travel and exclusive offers.
The giant “Holiday Deals Sale” will run for six days, ending on Oct. 13.
Walmart said the “Holiday Deals Sale” will “offer some of its hottest deals of the season,” including discounts on electronics, home goods, fashion and toys. This includes discounts up to 50% off or more in what the retail giant is calling a “holiday head start” to savings.
The announcement of Walmart’s “Holiday Deals Sale 2024″ comes on the heels of Amazon’s announcing the official dates for its “Big Prime Deal Days” on October 8-9. This is the third time that Amazon is holding two Prime Day sales events in one year as it also looks to give Prime members more time to save during the holiday season.
Walmart did give a sneak peak to some of the deals that will be offered during the massive early holiday sale. It’s already promoting the “Holiday Deals Sale” on its website, advertising big discounts up to 50% off or more.
This will include electronics deals up to 30% off, up to 40% off shoes, discounts on toys up to 40% and kitchen items will see price drops up to 30% off. There will also be price cuts on floor care products up to 60% off, candles will be reduced up to 50% off and outerwear will see discounts up to 30% off.
More deals will be available on power equipment up to 30% off and luggage will be marked down up to 70% off. The sale will also feature big deals on beauty products up to 60% off and fashion will be on sale for up 30% off. You’ll also find fitness equipment reduced up to $200 off.
