With the release of the Big East conference play slate on Thursday afternoon, the puzzle is complete.
Villanova will open the 2024-25 season at home against Lafayette on Nov. 4. The Wildcats’ first Big East game is scheduled for Dec. 17, when they take on Seton Hall.
Villanova will end the regular season on the road, when it heads down to Washington, D.C. to take on rival Georgetown.
The Wildcats will play in the Wells Fargo Center five times this season. The Big Five Classic triple-header on Dec. 7 will be Villanova’s lone non-conference game there. They will also play at the Wells Fargo Center against Providence (Jan. 17), Creighton (Feb. 1), Xavier (Feb. 9), and Marquette (Feb. 21).
In order to warm up for the 2024-25 campaign, the Wildcats will have their annual Blue-White Scrimmage on Oct. 8. They will also play Robert Morris in an exhibition game on Oct. 27.
Last season, the Wildcats finished 18-16, and 10-10 in Big East play. They missed the NCAA Tournament and was bounced out of the opening round of the NIT.
