RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Upstate Nevada is a gym that offers CrossFit, yoga and adaptive training programs. They have partnered with the Down Syndrome Network of Northern Nevada (DSNNN) to work with people with Down Syndrome and other disabilities to create special fitness classes everyone can enjoy.
KOLO 8′s Jayde Ryan stopped by the gym to talk to gym manager, Kyla Romero, and DSNNN executive director, Christina Ugalde, about the classes.
