Now, one of its top targets is inching closer to a decision.
As reported by 247Sports national recruiting analyst Dushawn London on Monday afternoon, four-star New Hampton (N.H.) forward Mason Blackwood is set to choose between Penn State and Rutgers with 247Sports on Wednesday evening.
