Try something new in your workout with One to One Fitness Center’s Pilates Reformer classes. This program uses “Reformer” machines, which have a movable carriage and different weighted springs that change the resistance for exercises that push, pull and hold the carriage steady. Exercises are dynamic and performed in a variety of positions, including lying down, sitting, standing and more.
Pilates Reformer classes can help improve flexibility and strength, stabilize the back and core muscles, and improve posture, performance and the mind-body connection.
Pilates Reformer classes are held in small groups, or available through private or partner sessions.
