The top 10 are detailed below, and you can view the full list of 30 companies. This listing of the top hiring remote-job companies is the result of year-long comprehensive analysis of more than 60,000 companies in FlexJob’s database that ended December 2024.
1. Veeva Systems takes the top spot as a work-from-anywhere employer and currently has 641 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn.
Veeva is a cloud-based software company focused specifically on serving the life-sciences industry and was founded in 2007. Veeva Systems employs more than 7,000 employees (primarily remote workers) and operates across 150 countries. It’s headquarters are in the San Francisco Bay area and with key offices in Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
2. Invisible Technologies takes the second spot on the list and currently has 10 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. It is an AI training and scaling partner and bridges the gap between AI potential and AI production for providers, enterprises and governments. Invisible trains 80% of the world’s leading AI models.
3. Canonical holds the third spot for work-from-anywhere companies and currently has 36,000+ remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. Canonical works to make open source secure, reliable and east to use. The company is also the publisher of Ubuntu, the most popular enterprise Linux.
4. Social Discovery Group ranks fourth on the list and currently has 49 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. Social Discover Group is the third largest social discovery group company in the world and unites 500 million users with more than 60 different brands. The company solves problems of loneliness, isolation and disconnection via online communication platforms using AI, game mechanics and video streaming.
5. Wikimedia Foundation comes in 5th. Wikimedia Foundation a nonprofit organization and currently has 45 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. It operates Wikipedia and other knowledge projects. The company is based in the United States and has offices in San Francisco, California.
6. Remote Technology, Inc. (also known as Remote or Remote.com) ranks sixth on this listing and currently has a 237 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. Remote is a global HR platform that provides companies with remote-hiring solutions such as HRIS, payroll, international employment, contract management, etc.
7. Chainlink Labs is the seventh work-from-anywhere company on the list and currently has 206 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. Chainlink is a primary contributing developer of Chainlink. Chainlink is the standard for onchain finance, verifiable data and cross-chain interoperability.
8. Nethermind has the eight spot and currently has 25 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. Nethermind provides technology, research and development and consulting services for blockchain and DeFi businesses. According to FlexJobs, this company is “globally distributed and decentralized team includes more than 200 team members from over 45 countries, and it oversees a Discord community with more than 2,000 members.” It’s employees specialize in Ethereum, protocol engineering, layer 2 scaling, decentralized finance, smart contracts and enterprise blockchain.
9. GAMURS Group holds the ninth spot on the list and currently has eight (8) remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. GAMURS Group is a content creation and publishing company. It creates content about games, esports news and shows and connects with gamers across the globe. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas, was founded in 2015 and has approximately 66 million monthly readers.
10. CloudLinux ranks tenth on the list of top work-from-anywhere companies and currently has 11 remote jobs posted on LinkedIn. CloudLinux works to make Linux secure, stable and profitable. The company hosts service providers and delivers advanced resource management, security and performance optimizations for multi-tenant hosting environments.
