Based on the research revealed in NBER’s working paper, it appears that these five countries offer the highest density of remote-and-hybrid-friendly jobs:
The share of job postings that were advertized as being explicitly remote or hybrid jumped in all five of these countries from 2020, and reached their highest peak last year (the study covers data up to 2023).
