The Tennessee Titans have announced the signing of safety Quandre Diggs on Tuesday morning.

The details of the signing first emerged on Sunday night, with Diggs set to make $3 million in base salary, along with $2 million in incentives, making his total contract worth up to $5 million for the 2024 NFL season.

Diggs, who was not listed on the Titans’ first unofficial depth chart released on Monday, is expected to be the starting safety opposite Amani Hooker.

The 31-year-old has been the picture of health over part of the last four years with the Seattle Seahawks. Diggs played in every game while registering 324 tackles, including three for loss and 18 interceptions.

He is reunited with former Seahawks teammate Jamal Adams.

The Titans are back on the practice field on Wednesday. It is unclear at this time if Diggs will join his new teammates in training camp (or play on Saturday night), but we should have more clarity from head coach Brian Callahan in the coming days.
